Workshop Imaging Organoids from the bench to the microscope
An event initated, managed and mainly sponsored by the GdR ImaBio
This workshop is open to all (PhD students, Postdocs, Engineers, Technicians, Researchers and Teaching Assistants) who would like to learn how to prepare their 3D samples for photon microscopy.

Organization of the workshop:
Series of practical workshops for sample preparation:embedding, encapsulation (Technique des Capsules Cellulaires), immuno-histology on spheroids (sliced and in toto), soft optical clearing, stainings on fixed and live tissues)
Acquisition on different types of light microscopy available: confocal, spinnin-disk, biphotons, Ultramicroscope, HCS, Incubascope

Prerequisite: Speak / Understand Frech, to master its own 3D sample, to know some basics of photon microscopy, to have define research objectives
